I was so humbled by the responses at the meeting and so honored to speak in front of a great group for those that were there. 82 was a great turn out!! ! As I looked across the room I looked at the tears and eyes of “I understand you Jan” Thank you for that…It made me feel like you felt my heart…

I saw the emotions while ”You Can Fly” was being played…She was great!!

I remember being in that room just like you nervous to talk to people not knowing hardly anyone…scared, filled with tears and emotion…

I promise you will love this class and as Dr. Howell said

THE BEST IS YET TO BE…IM FOR SURE OF IT…

I had several ladies come talk to me after my presentation about the role finding my passion and how I found it.

How did you find your passion was asked by three or four ladies!

I feel I need to elaborate more and did not get to fully explain the answer to that for those who asked because so much going on and so many people wanted to talk to me…

 Nothing is more important than having an authentic mission in your life that comes with your core personal values…I valued what I had been through because it made me special and who I am today…I valued what I wanted.. I saw the need to help others to be a tool to help them cope when they were dealing with loss, coping with adversity, or simply making someone smile by showing them how to be creative using art in their own way…Even if it wasn’t a Picasso!! And If others didn’t like it… Who CARED…I LIKED IT…..I valued my art expression when I was sad…and saw how it made me feel after I expressed though the power of art…Not everyone will get my art…and that is o.k.… I saw how it made me feel. I hung on to that feel good moment or “AHHA” moment and kept doing it because it made me feel good…

 Pay close attention to your path and look closely at what is being put in front of you.

It is your life ……the only life you have…. and taking care of you…what you want to become and achieve

Your visions are so important and once your find it …hang on to that inner whisper, the AHHA moments …The feeling of” I am for sure this makes me feel good” or “ I like doing this type of work”…My passion was  art and children and giving to others

So many people are working and hating their jobs…Find another job that gives you pleasure if you are truly unhappy……List the things that you love to do and what you are great at…Write in the journals and dig deep on what you want out of life and who you want to be…

Never give up and let fear keep you from following your dreams…I am here for support…I’m actually jealous I’m not enrolled in the class anymore.

I sure miss it!!! Have a great week….
